Automatic Refund:
Temporary hold balances will be returned to your account balance (except for some merchants, who may send it directly to your card).
Refunds are usually completed within 10 hours, but can take up to 1–5 business days.
Refund Timeline:
If you do not receive your refund within 5 business days, contact the merchant first.
Once the merchant confirms, we can investigate the issue further.
Card Requirement:
Refunds can only be processed to active cards.
Refunds cannot be processed if the card is canceled or blocked, as per standard bank policies.
Exceptions:
Some merchants may directly refund to the card instead of your account balance.
